The Dalmore has released its Cask Curation Series Port Edition, a limited-edition trio of whiskies finished in rare port casks from Symington.
According to Dalmore, this collection is the second installment of the Cask Curation Series, which celebrates the artistry and role played by casks sourced from the finest winemakers worldwide.
‘The life a cask has led is fundamental to the potential it represents to the whisky-maker, which is why The Dalmore whisky makers curate exquisite casks sourced from the world’s finest wineries and bodegas.”
Notably, the series was created in partnership with Symington Family Estates. The firm gave The Dalmore access to rare Graham’s Port casks. The distillery selected the rare port pipes at Graham’s Vila Nova de Gaia.
