Dom Pérignon Révélations 2024 Rolls Out Two New Champagnes
The champagne Maison Dom Pérignon hosted artists, creators, chefs, and sommeliers from the worldwide Dom Pérignon Society. Held in Barcelona, the 4th edition of its annual Révélations event showcased two new champagne.
Guests enjoyed a creative dinner featuring Chef de Cave Vincent Chaperon and Michelin-starred chefs Albert Adrià and Niko Romito. As aromas of two new spirits flooded their noses and palates, diners explored an experimental cuisine of fine wines. In addition, they sampled Dom Pérignon Vintage 2015 and Dom Pérignon Vintage 2006 Plénitude 2: tactility.
During the preview of “TRACE”, the champagne Maison invited guests to learn more about its creative ethos and culture through an exhibition. The display translates the creative steps Chef de Cave Vincent Chaperon took during the production of the 2023 creative experiments.
Dom Pérignon Révélations 2024 Celebrates the “TRACE” 2023
In celebration of the “TRACE”, an exhibition was hosted from July 10-14, 2024, in Palau Martorell, Barcelona. The show documented a yearlong quest for an imperceptible trace, documented through drawings, photographs, and texts.
In a unique experience at Ricardo Bofill’s iconic La Fábrica, Dom Pérignon unveiled two new vintages at Révélations 2024. Both expressions, Dom Pérignon Vintage 2015 and Dom Pérignon Vintage 2006 Plénitude 2, are now available at distributors worldwide.
Moreover, the occasion marked the opening of the distillery’s first exhibition of the Pré-Assemblages. This is the name given to the creative path of the Maison’s encounter with the singular character of the year.
